Yorkshire Orchards are a family run company based just outside Wilberfoss, near York, owned by Alec and Angela Allison. With a background firmly in farming, who better to run the orchard than Alec; his family have owned the farm for over a hundred years! 

We initially started the orchard simply selling a wide variety of apples, some long- forgotten and some very new. As time passed it became clear that storing the apples was going to be problematic, a couple of very cold winters saw a lot of damage to our crops. 

Determined to find a way to make it profitable for us, we branched out (pardon the pun!) into apple juice and the rest, as they say, is history. 

We started with just plain apple juice in assorted varieties, then experimented with different fruit blends which gave lots of flavour and none of the rubbish that is in a lot of drinks today. Our first fruit combinations were apple and raspberry and apple and bramble, both of which were met favourably by family and friends alike.  Encouraged by the success of our fruit blends, we experimented with assorted fruit combinations until we had a range of juices that we were happy with.  

We continually add to our juice varieties, bringing you the best quality fruit juices that we possibly can.
